estimados, a ver si alguno me puede ayudar: tengo problemas con mi computador. se demora más de lo usual para partir windows, no me reconoce un dvd, y no me reconoce un ipod shuffle...

alguna idea?

mmmm, extraño..... si se demora, debe tener algo instalado que este demorando el arranque de win....

revisa los procesos, si estas consumiendo algo de lo inusual....

ahora sobre el ipod...... ni idea no se si es lo mismo que el iphone.

pero con itunes, no deberias tener problema....


sobre que no reconoce el lector de dvd, revisa q este bien conectado.

si me das mas detalles, podria ayudarte mas....

cierra todos los programas que tengas abiertos y revisa en el administrador de tareas como está el uso de CPU... lo normal es que ande del orden del 0% a 2%... si es más de eso revisa cual es proceso que está consumiendo más CPU... luego googlea para saber de que se trata

lo otro es que desde ya le pases el antivirus/antispyware

y también una defragmentación al disco porsiaca

el uso del CPU está entre 0% y 1%...

hoy estuve veinte minutos esperando que prendiera...
y sigue sin reconocer el ipod shuffle...

en fin...tendré que gastar plata y llamar a un computin-

es por que falta el driver o controlador de los puertos USB

exacto... el PC no sabe qué chucha es la weá q le conectaste y, por ende, no puede comunicarse con él... debes bajar los drivers o aplicar manual del usuario....

con ese programa puedes buscar los drivers o controladores de tu placa madre es ese el problema que tienes

Por el titulo del Post me imagino que es Windows 7, consultas es PC desktop?, notebook? o netbook?
antes funcionaba?
probaste el ipod en otro pc?

aclarando esos puntos podremos solucionar tu problema ya que de drivers es medio difícil windows 7 trae la chorrera de drivers y si no los trae los descarga automáticamente y los Ipod en su sistema se puede decir que los instala al momento de eschufar a un equipo

a otra cosa el ipod es nuevo?

Si es un NO consiguete uno y pruebalo para seguir descartando fallas y llegara la solución.

dificil..decir algo sin ver......aplica tune up (PROGRAMA QUE OPTIMISA EL PC) o en el peor de los casos formatea

nada... lo llevé a mac-online (kennedy) y luego de revisarlo me dirán qué es lo que sucede....descartado en todo caso un problema en el computador.
